I’ve made five career pivots across four countries.
Corporate finance → Technology → Investment banking → Personal training → Startup founder.
Inside global corporates I led as a project manager and learned how systems, politics and structure really work.
I left corporate because it no longer aligned with my values.
I qualified to become a Personal trainer as I wanted to work with people and help them reach their potential.
I started Oddbox because I wanted to have a positive impact on the world by tackling food waste.
At Oddbox we built a BCORP which at it's peak - £30m ARR, 50,000 customers and 100 teammates, and raised £25m (Series B).
After burning out as the business evolved faster than I did, I am now back to helping people reach their potential, through coaching.
I’ve lived the external pressure and the inner questions.
The thread through my pivots is simple: I’ve chased contentment through alignment (with my values).
Now I help you do the same - with clarity and decisive action.
Ever spoken to a coach great in theory but light on real-world pressure?
Have you ever spoken to a founder or leader who jumps straight into advice mode - filtered through their own narrow experience?
I bridge that gap.
I bring the lived experience of scaling a £30m business and navigating large Fortune 500 companies, combined with the depth of certified coaching practice so you get awareness, reflection and action, not just theory or advice.
Clear goals, better decisions, real progress in 90 days.
Clarity, confidence and tangible progress - not in theory, but in practice.
